DEFISCAN

The questions every deal asks.

Scope, coverage, and the limits of the engagement are stated here so they are not discovered halfway through an onboarding.

What do you need from us to start?

A list of addresses. Import accepts CSV, TSV, XLSX, or a pasted list, with column mapping and duplicate detection. We never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or signing rights. Watching an address needs none of them.

Which networks are covered?

Native assets and tokens on the supported mainnets, across EVM, UTXO, TRON, and Solana families. The network is resolved from the address itself and never guessed silently: ambiguous input is reported instead of filed under the wrong chain.

How far back does the history go?

As far back as the provider will serve. Loading runs through adapters with budgets, checkpoints, and retries, so a long backfill can be paused, resumed, and priced before it starts rather than discovered on the invoice.

What does “coverage” mean on the dashboard?

The share of the requested window that actually loaded. A gap is reported as a gap, never as a zero balance. That distinction is the whole point of the product: an unloaded month and a month with no activity are different facts, and finance needs to tell them apart.

Is this a tax calculator?

No. DEFISCAN produces the ledger and the reports; it does not classify taxable events by jurisdiction. Cost basis and disposal rules differ per country and change yearly, and guessing them would be worse than leaving them to a tool that owns that problem.

Is it a full accounting system?

No. It is not a double-entry general ledger and not an AML/KYC product. It is the crypto subledger your accounting system is missing: a clean, reproducible day cut that exports into the books you already keep.

What comes out?

Portfolio, movement, and multi-date balance reports, streamed to CSV, JSONL, or XLSX with a manifest. Every total opens into the events behind it and then into the on-chain transaction, so a figure can be defended line by line.

How does pricing work?

Published plans from Free to Business, or a custom Enterprise agreement. Rates are configuration rather than a release, and you see an estimate of the run before it executes, with a hard budget ceiling if you want one.

Can we try it on our own wallets?

Yes. Every engagement starts by scoping your actual wallet set: networks, history depth, and refresh cadence, so the quote is for your data rather than a hypothetical one.

Still a question we have not answered?

Tell us your wallet footprint and we will scope networks, history depth, and refresh before anything runs.
